Jose Abraham is a Supreme Court Lawyer, Advocate-on-Record (AOR), Supreme Court of India, is the Founder and CEO of Law office of Jose Abraham Associates. He was born and raised in Kannur, Kerala currently residing in Kochi. He did his Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) from Government Law College Calicut, Kerala. Subsequently enrolled in Bar Council of India through High Court of Delhi. He had worked with many prominent Supreme Court lawyers in India in the previous days where he dealt with numerous Civil and Criminal investigations and the trail counsel for the Educational Institutions, Corporate companies, NGOs, Banking and Insurance Institutions.
He is the Secretary of Committee for Law and Public Interest Litigation, Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India, Founder President of a registered NGO Pravasi Legal Cell, and Chairman of Paideia Institute, New Delhi.
He is also a Ph.D. Research Scholar of Singhania University, Rajasthan, in “A Critical Analysis of the Law Governing Migration in India”. Through his guidance and support all these years the Law Office of Jose Abraham Associates extended its legal services through Supreme Court, High Courts, various Commissions and Tribunals in India.
